Men’s Ministry Leader

We are looking for a committed and spiritually mature volunteer to lead the Men’s Ministry at The Lighthouse Centre.

In this role, you will help create opportunities for men to connect, grow in faith, encourage one another, and be strengthened in their walk with Christ. You will work with church leadership to help shape gatherings, support discipleship, and build a healthy ministry for men in our church community.

What you’ll do

• Help lead and develop the Men’s Ministry
• Organise or support gatherings, events, or discipleship moments for men
• Encourage spiritual growth, connection, and accountability among the men of the church
• Work in alignment with the vision and leadership of The Lighthouse Centre
• Attend the monthly leaders meeting

Who we’re looking for

• A committed follower of Christ with a heart to serve others
• Someone who has been a member of The Lighthouse Centre for at least one year
• Someone who is dependable, relational, and able to lead with humility
• Someone who can encourage and guide others in a healthy and biblical way
• Previous ministry leadership experience is helpful, but not required

This is a volunteer position and a meaningful opportunity to invest in the spiritual life of men in our church community.
